Yes, we schedule repairs. We schedule repairs so the repair process is started as soon as the vehicle is left in our care. This minimizes the amount of time the customer is without their car and potentially in a rental.
We do accept walk in customers for estimates, but it is best to schedule a time for an estimate so that there is no wait time.
The time it takes to repair a car will depend on the amount and types of damages as well as parts availability. We provide updates to customers frequently during the repair process.
360 Collision works directly with Enterprise to make the repair process as smooth as possible. When the vehicle is dropped off for repairs we contact Enterprise to come pick up the customer. When the vehicle is complete we contact Enterprise and they pick up the rental here at the shop.
There is a lifetime warranty on all workmanship. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty.
We accept cash, card, and personal check under $1000.
